T.A.D. Planning Supervisors is a separate division of the business primarily to ensure separation from the "designers" role and ensure accountability and impartiality.
Consequently a different person from the designer is the nominated Planning Supervisor, although they will work closely together to get the most from the skills available.
Although the designer is often the one best placed to carry out many of the CDM tasks we see considerable benefits of an experienced professional ensuring that all CDM duties have been fulfilled to our client's benefit. |
