T.A.D. Project Safety is a trading division of Trent Architecture + Design Ltd and therefore has close links with our architectural design staff.  This division of the practice has been supplemented by the appointment of Mark Richards as CDM Coordinator.  Mark brings with him a wealth of experience as CDM Coordinator for Nottinghamshire County Council where he was their sole coordinator for10 years working on a vast range of projects with a strong emphasis on educational work.

Mark has worked with many different consultants and has a long history of working with design teams to maximise the design potential whilst being able to build, operate, maintain and ultimately demolish projects safely.

T.A.D. Project Safety is a member of the APS and is registered with CHAS and Constructionline, demonstrating our competency in line with the Approved Code of Practice.
